Maximus is currently hiring for an Admin 1 - Customer Service to join our QIC (A, C, D) team.
This is remote opportunity.
The Admin 1 - Customer Service is responsible for managing their call queue, checking callbacks and voicemails for required return calls, and when applicable, supporting the tasks of other departments.
This position requires rotational weekends and holidays.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with maintaining and reviewing case files, filing electronically, and making inbound and outbound calls with customers.
- Sort, screen, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Escalate non-routine customer issues to tier 2 Admins.
- Working in a team environment, communicate and coordinate with colleagues, as necessary.
- Additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Ability to commit to a one-month training of Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm EST required
- Ability to work a schedule of Tuesday - Saturday 9:00am - 5:30pm EST required
- Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays when required
