Under minimal supervision, performs specialized diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as requested by a physician to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on his/her unit.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Performs any combination of the following duties depending on the area of assignment.
Primary Job Duties:
* Performs at least two separate modalities in Diagnostic Imaging such as: X-ray and either Angiography or Computed Tomography of the following areas: neuro, abdominal, chest and extremities.
Assists physicians in performing other fluoroscopic procedures as needed.
* Transports patients by stretcher, bed, wheelchair, or walking.
Provides care for patients during transportation and within the department, if necessary.
* Assists patients by lifting and moving them off and on the x-ray table.
Provides bedpans and urinals as needed.
Assures that patients are properly dressed for procedures.
* Prepares patient for their exam by consenting, explaining exam and answering patient questions.
Administers contrast and other preparations as to complete exam in a timely fashion.
Cares for patient during procedures by assisting them to rest rooms, providing blankets, etc.
* Monitors patient condition pre and post-procedure and reports changes in the patient's condition to Radiologist or RN for follow-up.
* Assists with emergency medical treatment under physician direction.
* Pulls contrast from Pyxis per protocol and documents contrast in eMar per protocol.
* Loads the power injector for contrast studies.
* Technologist may give contrast medias and may flush lines with normal saline contrast/normal saline.
* Under direct supervision of the Radiologist, the technologist may pull Xilocaine for procedure.
* Under direct supervision of the Radiologist, the technologist may use heparinized saline to flush catheters.
* Performs data entry in computer systems necessary for workflow and patient care, such as: ITS, Meditech, PACS, WITT, eMar and Pyxis.
* Performs related duties such as reporting equipment malfunctions, assisting others, and special assignments.
Cleans work area and replenishes supplies.
* Attends regularly scheduled department meetings and in-services to maintain working knowledge of changes in machines, and protocols,.
Maintains CEU's and CPR for license.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
Education: Completion of a two-year Radiologic Technology training program approved by the AMA.
Licensure: CRT, ARRT certificates and Fluoroscopy license are required.

The Clinical Research Coordinator is responsible for management of Research Studies and Clinical Research Data management.
Research: Under the supervision of the Clinical Research Manager and/or Physician, the Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) participates in all areas of planning, coordinating and implementing clinical research studies, including regulatory, data collection and entry, and IRB follow-up.

Les Ateliers de Fitilieu sont l'Ecole Hermès des Savoir-Faire du pôle et rassemblent 120 personnes autour de 4 activités : l'école de formation, l'Echappée, la formation continue du pôle ainsi qu'un atelier production.
Positionnement
Rattaché au Directeur Savoir-Faire, Qualité et Méthodes, vous faites partie de l'équipe SFQM du pôle et également de l'équipe d'encadrement de votre site d'appartenance, Les Ateliers de Fitilieu.

Finalité du poste
En lien avec les équipes SFQM du pôle et les objectifs de la direction du site, vous faites grandir, en créant l'enthousiasme et l'adhésion, les artisans dans leur autonomie et leur maîtrise des savoir-faire Hermès afin d'améliorer collectivement les performances qualité dans la durée, la productivité et l'ergonomie.
Vous êtes intégrés au collectif d'encadrement du site et à ce titre vous participez à l'ensemble de ses rituels et de ses responsabilités.
Vous êtes en lien permanent avec les artisans, l'encadrement d'atelier et l'ensemble des fonctions supports.
Vous participez aux réunions d'encadrement de votre site durant lesquelles la qualité et l'état des lieux des savoir-faire sont abordés.
Vous transmettez la culture Qualité Hermès et vous animez au quotidien les artisans contrôleurs du site.

Les Ateliers de Fitilieu - (Les Abrets en Dauphiné - 38)
Des déplacements occasionnels sont à prévoir sur les autres sites du pôle Les Maroquineries Des Alpes (Abrets, MHM, Belley), et également sur les sites de fabrication Hermès et façonniers ou à Pantin.
