Supporting the Corrugated division, the Manager of Operational Pricing will supervise a team of Pricing and Senior Pricing Analysts to ensure small deals, standalone requests and large local bids are completed accurately and timely.
He/she will be responsible for skill development and performance reviews and will manage hiring and on-boarding for open roles.
For large bids being presented to leadership, she/he will provide a checkpoint for accuracy and strategy communication.
The Manager of Operational Pricing will also be closely connected to the pricing bands/ranges developed for each region including high level strategy and initiatives.
In addition to leading a talented team, the Manager of Operational Pricing is a valued business partner, working closely with the AGMs to identify opportunities to continue to advance GP Corrugated Pricing capability.
You will also be flexing your economic thinking skills as you look to optimize and transform our processes and pricing strategies.

* Review foreign income tax returns and review and prepare U.S.

* Calculate and r eview quarterly foreign inclusions (subpart F/GILTI) based on updated business forecasts
* Track tax positions and their potential impacts on the company's effective tax rate
* Develop and train tax interns and/or tax analysts
* Support company positions in tax audits and participate in tax planning projects
* Manage prioritization of multiple projects and communicate results to your supervisor and team
* Identify opportunities for innovation and share ideas for transformation that will drive value in the tax organization
Basic Qualifications
* Progressive career experience in corporate taxation, tax accounting, financial reporting, or accounting related roles
* Proficient understanding and application of US/International tax policies and regulations
* Experience prioritizing multiple projects, communicating results and driving initiatives forward
What Will Put You Ahead
* Bachelor's degree or higher
* Previous CPA firm or multi-national corporation experience
* CorpTax software experience
* Knowledge of a broad range of international corporate tax matters such as foreign tax credits, dual consolidated losses, Subpart F, look-thru, GILTI, BEAT and understanding of US international tax attributes

Do you want to be the mastermind behind creating a custom lip product and experience for Lip Lab guests? At Lip Lab, you will have the opportunity to connect with customers in the manufacturing of their own custom lip color.
