United Bank is searching for driven individuals who are focused on building relationships with our customers by meeting their financial objectives, along with training all CSRs and Relationship Bankers in building relationships and all job responsibilities.

The Branch Mentor position is a fundamental position at United Bank.
The Branch Mentor is responsible for training and mentoring new CSRs (Tellers) and Relationship bankers in their designated branch locations by providing training on new tasks and building upon tasks and skills already introduced.
This position floats to all branches to mentor and/or cover for CSR and Relationship Bankers staffing needs.
This position also assists in creating and revision instructions, policies and procedures for CSR and Relationship Banker tasks.
This position also handles savings and borrowing customers at lobby or drive-through windows; receive funds, processes transactions and pays out funds as required.
Balances daily transactions and refers customers to appropriate, affiliate staff.
Requires the ability to exercise tact and discretion and to communicate clearly both orally and in writing.
Must be above average in all tasks and responsibilities of the CSR and Relationship Banker roles.
You will also be responsible for areas of compliance as it relates to your position and may be assigned special projects or additional duties.
This position requires:
* High school diploma or GED equivalent;
* 6 to 12 months related experience and/or training;
* Regular standing and walking;
* Utilizing hands & arms;
* Ability to talk & hear;
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
