We're seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Director of Admissions & Marketing to lead our Intake Department and grow our behavioral health referral network.
This role blends operational leadership, community engagement, and sales/marketing strategy to drive patient admissions and support our mission of expanding access to high-quality behavioral healthcare.
What You'll Do
* Lead and develop the Intake/Admissions team
* Oversee pre-admission workflows, crisis triage quality, and compliance
* Build strong partnerships with physicians, hospitals, crisis centers, and community organizations
* Drive referral growth through outreach, presentations, and community events
* Promote facility services and guide patients/families through the admissions process
* Track referral activity, outcomes, and marketing performance

* Thoroughly search for underground utilities in a designated area, accurately marking the location, completing the necessary documentation, and photographing each locate.
These are daytime, full-time positions.
We have a 48-hour turnaround time on many locates, which means we generally work the day after holidays and some weekends, as needed.
Must be able to work overtime, weekend shifts, and on-call shifts (including nights and weekends), dependent upon the needs of the business.
