The County of Riverside's Cardiac Catheterization Unit at Riverside University Health System's Medical Center seeks an Interventional Radiologic Technologist (IRTech) to join our Cath Lab team in Moreno Valley.
This position is responsible for performing both circulating and scrub duties as an Interventional Technologist in the Cardiovascular Lab.
Responsibilities include preparing and managing diagnostic tools and sterile supplies, supporting the Monitor and Sedation Nurse, and operating imaging equipment.
The technologist will also assist providers during procedures by performing essential table-side duties, such as loading wires and administering contrast injections.
Under the supervision of the Cardiovascular Lab Director, the technologist ensures compliance with safety and quality standards, operates digital equipment, assists in procedures, and handles supply stocking, image processing, and equipment checks.
