Pour son périmètre, le/la Spécialiste Méthode Sureté Sécurité contribue à la protection des personnes, des actifs matériels et immatériels de l'entreprise dans le respect des réglementations locales et de l'éthique de l'entreprise.
La protection des personnes est prioritaire.
La création de ce poste s'inscrit dans la démarche globale de renforcement de la maîtrise des risques.
Fonctions récentes à l'échelle de l'histoire de la maison, la sûreté et la sécurité appellent exemplarité, professionnalisme, pédagogie, discernement et disponibilité au profit de l'ensemble des structures de la Maison.
Ces fonctions s'exercent par ailleurs au travers d'une indispensable et étroite coordination avec les autres entités de la DETS et de la DSG (pôle anticipation des risques et référentiel opérationnel ; pôle support aux opérations Internationales et Groupe) avec l'ensemble des divisions et responsables de sites Hermès du périmètre, ou encore avec les autorités compétentes extérieures

La risorsa sarà l'attore principale nella standardizzazione della realizzazione dei nostri prodotti attraverso:

Positionnement
Au sein de la Direction Technique de la Division Hermès Maroquinerie Sellerie, le Prototypiste est rattaché au Bureau des Orfèvres.
Il est sous la responsabilité du Responsable Pôle Maquettes Matières Métalliques.
Périmètre
Chaque année, environ 1000 prototypes métalliques de toutes catégories sont fabriqués (fermoirs, serrures, mousquetons, boucles de ceinture, bracelets etc.) par les Maquettistes au Bureau des Orfèvres.
Le développement d'un projet peut prendre de quelques heures à plusieurs semaines, en fonction de sa complexité.

Finalité du poste
Le Maquettiste Matières Métalliques a la charge de la réalisation de pièces métalliques, fonctionnelles et industrialisables, pour l'ensemble de nos collections ainsi que toutes demandes hors collections.

Tous les sites sont construits avec les ambitions de durabilité et d'esthétique, pour " faire du beau dans du beau ".
La société des Manufactures de la Vallée de l'Orne est le 27ème site de fabrication d'articles de maroquinerie implanté en France.
Installée aux portes de Caen dans un atelier relai à Giberville (14) depuis septembre 2025, cette nouvelle manufacture s'installera à l'été 2028 dans le site définitif de la commune voisine de Colombelles (14).
