Under the direction of the Creamery Supervisor, t he Aged Cheese Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the Aged cheese production, packaging, processes, and staff .
The Aged Cheese Team Lead ensures all employees follow all company procedures, GMPs, Safety, Quality, and Sanitation programs.
Duties include working with and training all personnel to operate manufacturing and packaging equipment, as well as oversees all procedures involved in the Aged Cheese production area.
The Aged Cheese Team Lead ensures sure all employees follow all procedures, GMPs, Safety, and Quality plans, along with ensures all employees are productive and competent in their respective roles.
This position also requires leading the team by monitoring tasks, ensuring the proper fulfillment of all required paperwork, swabbing of equipment, ensuring correct product specifications, and packaging, and identifying and reporting all potentially non-conforming product and equipment to Supervisor and the Quality Assurance Department.
