Maximus is seeking a part-time Clinical Recovery Support Specialist (RN) to support our Montana Recovery Program (MTRP).
In this role, you will be a key member of the clinical team, responsible for conducting check-in calls with participants, reviewing lab results and medications, and assisting participants in finding treatment options in Montana.
You will also connect participants with resources and support groups.
You will serve as the point of contact for the board, providing status updates on participants when requested, and offering crisis management support when necessary.

The PA IEB program is looking for a Lead Enrollment Case Manager to serve as a back for the Philadelphia ECM team to conduct in-home visits to initiate the intake process for waiver applicants & serve as a primary point of contact from initial identification through enrollment or termination.
