Dans un contexte de co-gestion des projets, il forme un trio avec un intervenant Métier (qui exprime son besoin, ce qui permet d'évaluer l'impact business et la criticité du projet) et un intervenant technique (MOE) qui s'assure, entre autres, du planning de charge des consultants DSI et de la qualité des développements.
Par sa fonction, il sera amené à collaborer avec l'ensemble des acteurs métier et endossera régulièrement un rôle de coordinateur au sein du métier lorsqu'il s'agira d'animer un sujet transverse.

Basic Qualifications
This position requires broad knowledge of maintaining machinery, mechanical equipment, programmable controllers, and building repairs.
The main function of the position is to conduct the preventive and routine maintenance of our equipment, as well as trouble shoot, repair equipment to support the production/manufacturing requirements, and ensure proper safety and use.
Computer skills with knowledge of windows based application is a plus but not a requirement.
Applicants will only be considered for the position if the Associate:
• Has not been hired or selected for a position in the last 12 months (timeframe may be adjusted for business needs as it pertains to Production Associates)
• Has no current Level Two (2) disciplinary actions or higher during the past twelve months.
• Has received at least a Full Performance on their last review.
Tenure, job performance, and attendance will be taken into consideration when reviewing applicants.
Human Resources will notify applicants who do not meet the requirements.
Such notice will state which requirement was not met and determine if the Family Hiring Policy may affect eligibility.

Basic Qualifications
To be considered for this position, a candidate must have the following qualifications:
* Mechanical background to include troubleshooting skills
* Knowledge of and ability to troubleshoot of electrical circuits which includes 480 volt AC 3 phase to 12 volt DC control wiring
* Demonstrate the ability to interpret diagrams and operations manuals
* Knowledge to read and interpret electrical schematics
* Knowledge of hydraulic circuits to include ability to read and interpret hydraulic schematics
* Ability to work with others and make independent decisions that may affect plant operations
* Willing to work extended hours if production equipment is down - on call availability will be needed
The following qualifications are preferred for this position:
* Experience in Industrial Maintenance
* Welding, cutting, brazing and soldering skills
* Experience with and ability to operate CNC machining equipment
* Experience with and ability to operate cutting and forming machines
* Computer skills with knowledge of Windows based applications and Oracle
This position requires candidates to complete a written maintenance assessment, prior to the interview process.
* High school diploma or GED.
* Basic reading, writing and math skills.
* Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check.
* Must have the physical capability to lift 75 lbs.
from floor to waist, carry 75 lbs.
