Misja
Celem tej roli będzie zapewnienie wysokiego poziomu usług w zakresie serwisu urządzeń rozdziału energii dla klientów firmy oraz wsparcie merytoryczne pracowników firmy w celu osiągnięcia wyznaczonych celów budżetowych i zakładanej satysfakcji klienta.
Zakres Obowiązków
* Realizacja usług i Interwencje wyjazdowe w obiektach Klientów w zakresie rozdzielnic, zabezpieczeń i aparatury niskich i średnich napięć w tym: uruchomienia, przeglądy, naprawy.
* Diagnozowanie usterek urządzeń, przygotowywanie koncepcji wykonania usługi.
* Specyfikowanie części zamiennych.
* Realizacja polityki gwarancyjnej firmy.
* Przygotowywanie raportów technicznych z napraw, przeglądów i uruchomień.
* Rozpoznawanie potrzeb Klienta i przekazywanie ich do dalszej obsługi przez Dział Sprzedaży.
* Techniczne wsparcie Działu Sprzedaży w zakresie ofertowania
Doświadczenie i umiejętności, których szukamy
* Wykształcenie wyższe lub średnie techniczne z zakresu elektrotechniki, energetyki, lub kierunki pokrewne.
* Praktyczne doświadczenie w pracy serwisowej (uruchomienia, przeglądy, naprawy).
* Znajomość rozdzielnic, wyłączników, techniki zabezpieczeniowej.
* Język Angielski - minimum w zakresie czytania dokumentacji technicznej.
* Umiejętność samoorganizacji i priorytetyzowania zadań.
* Świadectwo Kwalifikacyjne Eksploatacji "E" minimum do 1 kV.
* Bardzo dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office.
* Prawo jazdy kat.
