Job Responsibilities
Upon completion of our comprehensive and hands-on sales training program, Sales Managers will be challenged and empowered to:

+ Company Contribution: After one year of service, you are eligible to receive a total company contribution to the DPS Plan of 13%-17% of your base salary!

+ An annual Supplemental contribution of 5%.
