Le pôle Normand a une double expertise petite maroquinerie et sacs, et accueille également la production de selles/brides, savoir-faire historique de la Maison.

Description du poste
Recrutement et intégration
Vous organisez et participez à l'ensemble du processus de recrutement (80 recrutements par an)
* Communication : présentation des informations collectives à France travail
* Présélection des candidats (envoi des CV à France travail, création de viviers, et appels téléphoniques).
* Planification et suivi des tests de sélection
* Organisation et planification des entretiens de motivation
* Suivi des réponses aux candidats
Vous assurez également un suivi et répondez aux candidatures spontanées.
Une fois le recrutement effectué, vous assurez le suivi administratif de pré-intégration des candidats sur les SIRH (outils internes), la préparation des différents contrats (contrat de professionnalisation, contrat d'apprentissage, CDD, CDI) ainsi que l'intégration en paie.
Administration et Paie
Vous assurez un suivi quotidien des pointages, des présences et absences dans l'outils de gestion et êtes en lien direct avec les responsables d'ateliers ainsi que les gestionnaires de paie pour assurer le bon déroulé du mois.
Vous assurez un suivi administratif des dossiers du personnel.
Vous êtes disponible pour répondre aux questions et besoins des artisans.
Communication :
Vous organisez et participez aux forums emplois, aux forums internes sur les maroquineries.
Vous participez aux projets transverses en lien avec l'Ecole Hermès des savoir-faire.
