• gestire le attività di test su quadri elettrici e sui componenti: interruttori, sezionatori, trasformatori e altri dispositivi MT/BT.
• coordinare il team tecnico, supervisionando le prove di tipo, di routine e di sviluppo.
• garantire la disponibilità del laboratorio per l'esecuzione dei test di follow-up in fabbrica, definendo la relativa pianificazione in accordo con il Responsabile della Qualità dello Stabilimento
• assicurare la conformità alle normative IEC, CEI, EN, UL e alle direttive di sicurezza elettrica.
• redigere e validare report di prova, certificazioni e documentazione tecnica.
• collaborare con enti certificatori esterni per prove di omologazione e audit.
• supportare l'analisi dei guasti e le attività di miglioramento continuo.
• partecipa con il Customer Care Center e il team Expert del Service per la risoluzione dei problemi inerenti all'utilizzo del prodotto,
• collaborare con il Service nelle attività di messa in servizio e di soluzione dei problemi rilevati in campo
