Job Summary
Safely operates a variety of trucks, not limited to dump trucks, volumetric mixers, flatbed trucks and articulating haul trucks.
Will be responsible for preventative maintenance and pre-shift walk around of the assigned equipment to assure safe operation.

Directeur des Ressources Humaines (H/F)
Membre du Comité de Direction du pôle régional, le titulaire du poste a pour enjeu de contribuer à la dynamique de :
* croissance sur un plan humain, en accompagnant le développement des savoir-faire et des compétences
* performance tant sur l'efficacité du modèle artisanal, que l'animation du modèle social
En lien étroit avec le Directeur du pôle, et le comité de direction, il définit les évolutions de l'organisation du pôle, et accompagne leur mise en œuvre, par sa maîtrise de la conduite du changement.
Il joue un rôle clé d'animation de la démarche de développement des équipes.
Il est un des garants de la transmission de la culture et des valeurs de la maison sur le site.
Nature et étendue des activités principales
Les principales missions sont :
Organisation :
* Définir et mettre en place avec le comité de direction l'organisation optimale pour réussir les projets internes
* Accompagner les changements d'organisation sur son périmètre, en veillant notamment au développement des compétences, de la performance et de l'épanouissement des collaborateurs
Relations Sociales :
* Mettre en place sur le site les orientations de la stratégie sociale définies au sein du Groupe et particulièrement de la division Maroquinerie Sellerie
* Maintenir des relations sociales sereines et constructives dans le cadre du dialogue social propre à Hermès
* Co-animer les CSE avec le Directeur du Pôle et faire vivre l'instance, en lien avec les Directions des Relations sociales
* Participer à la commission CSSCT
* Négocier les accords d'entreprise (NAO, Intéressement, égalité F/H,...)
Recrutement - Développement RH
* Piloter le plan de recrutement du pôle en lien avec l'école Hermès des Savoir-Faire
* Définir les orientations stratégiques de formation et piloter le plan de formation annuel
* Identifier et cartographier les talents du pôle, définir et mettre en œuvre des plans d'actions de développement
Hygiène Sécurité Environnement

Chef de Projet Industrialisation Matières - Hermès Maroquinerie-Sellerie (H/F)

Contexte :
Ancré dans les savoir-faire de la sellerie, métier fondateur de la Maison, Hermès Maroquinerie-Sellerie crée, développe et fabrique des collections de produits en cuir et autres matières pour accompagner les clients de la maison à chaque instant.
La force de notre modèle artisanal singulier prend sa source dans la rencontre entre des matières authentiques sélectionnées avec exigence et la main des artisans selliers-maroquiniers formée aux savoir-faire d'excellence du métier.
HMS emploie aujourd'hui plus de 5300 personnes au sein de ses 22 entités, toutes basées en France.
Au sein de la Direction du Bureau Matières, vous pilotez l'industrialisation des nouvelles matières souples, avec les tanneurs et les fournisseurs textile et composants, et les cellules d'expertise matière en maroquinerie et assurer le ramp up en production.
Cela se traduit par la réception des nouveaux projets, la création et l'animation d'un groupe projet, la réalisation des kick off avec les parties prenantes au service de la réussite du projet.
Vous insufflez une vision de bout en bout jusqu'à la réussite de la mise en marché.
Vos principales responsabilités :
Industrialisation de la matière :
• Assurer une bonne compréhension de l'article attendu par les acteurs (main, toucher, couleur, grain, couverture etc.) en lien étroit avec le métier
• Mettre en œuvre avec les tanneurs les conditions de reproductibilité au niveau d'exigence attendu
• S'assurer avec les cellules d'expertise et les premiers sites de production de la reproductibilité et de la répétabilité ainsi que du bon niveau de performance (consommation, travaillabilité, qualité, etc.) sur les têtes de séries
• Favoriser la convergence de vision sur l'article avec le fournisseur, réaliser des feedbacks précis sur les présentations faites par le fournisseur
• Piloter l'analyse des risques avec le fournisseur, et le plan de levée des risques pour assurer une bonne répétabilité jusqu'en maroquinerie
• Formaliser les standards nécessaires à la passation en vie série en s'appuyant sur les experts
