Manage Customer and Sales requests from Commercial, Logistics, Technical, and Service Support - Enter and Coordinate orders
Support Customer and Sales Teams with order processing, general pre-sales and post-sales inquiries, stock levels, credit information, logistics and basic product information with the objective of continuous improvement and maximizing customer satisfaction.
Detect all opportunities to serve the customer while addressing customer support requests.
Regularly coordinate with 3rd Party Service Providers to request, renew and overall manage product certifications required for each country in Middle East & Africa.
Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for both internal SE partners and external agencies or service providers
