The Salesforce Business Analyst will support Salesforce.com (SFDC) requests and projects for business units across the JBPCO family of companies, particularly in Sales and Service Clouds.

The Senior Laboratory Technician will work with laboratory personnel to design and qualify cold chain packaging solutions.
The position will be responsible for designing thermal packaging solutions, performing qualification testing, analyzing test results, and creating detailed documentation for clients to use at their packaging facility or to analyze testing results.
