Tässä roolissa työskentelet tiiviissä yhteistyössä työmaa- / rakennuspäällikön kanssa ja saat käytännönläheistä kokemusta asennustöiden valvonnasta, aliurakoitsijoiden koordinoinnista sekä turvallisuuden, laadun ja aikataulujen varmistamisesta.
Tehtävä tarjoaa erinomaisen mahdollisuuden uransa alkuvaiheessa olevalle insinöörille kehittää käytännön työmaajohtamisen osaamista ammattimaisessa ja kansainvälisessä projektiympäristössä, osallistuen päivittäiseen rakennus- ja asennustoimintaan.
Työ alkaa mahdollisimman pian, ja projektin arvioitu kesto on lokakuuhun 2026 asti, tehtävässä on mahdollisuus jatkoon.
Työtehtävät ja vastuualueet:

* Työn etenemisen, poikkeamien ja haasteiden raportointi rakennuspäällikölle
* Asennustöiden valvonta ja dokumentointi sekä työmaalla että esivalmistuspajalla
* Aliurakoitsijoiden ja vuokratyövoiman ohjaus ja tukeminen
* Asennustöiden työalueiden järjestäminen ja valmistelu
* Työkalujen, laitteiden ja materiaalien saatavuuden hallinta ja seuranta
* Valmiiden töiden asianmukainen dokumentointi ja raportointi
* Työmaan työn organisointi, mukaan lukien työmääräysjärjestelmän käyttöönotto ja noudattaminen
