Au sein d'une équipe dynamique venez nous rejoindre pour accompagner le/la HR Business Partner dans la gestion quotidienne des activités RH d'un site ou de fonctions supports.
Vous collaborerez avec les managers, les équipes opérationnelles et les fonctions supports, contribuant directement à la performance globale de l'entité et au développement des collaborateurs.
Missions :
* Support RH quotidien : mise en oeurvre des politiques RH, administration du personnel, suivi des indicateurs, respect des process et de la législation.
* Recrutement : contribuer à la campagne stages/alternance, coordination intérim, participation aux entretiens, coordination avec les partenaires externes (agences d'intérim), intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs.
* Formation : suivi du plan de développement des compétences et de la formation, gestion des habilitations règlementaires, promotion du digital learning.
* Engagement & communication interne : contribution à l'enquête Groupe (One Voice), participer à l'analyse des résultants et déploiement de plans d'actions, participation aux événements RH et actions QVT (événements internes, ateliers thématiques...)
* Relations sociales : ponctuellement préparation de supports pour le CSE/CSSCT et échanges ponctuels avec les représentants du personnel.
* Projets RH transverses : soutien aux initiatives locales et communication (bien-être, performance, gestion de carrière et communication RH...)

About the Role:
We are looking for a Mechanical Designer to join our Cooling Sustaining Engineering Team.
In this role, the candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and update of mechanical components for our cooling machines, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure innovative and high quality solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in CAD software, and a collaborative attitude to manage complex projects in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mechanical Design: Create and modify 3D/2D models and bills of materials for mechanical components using CAD software (preferably Solid Edge or similar).
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with electrical designers to integrate shared systems (e.g., electrical panel placement and cable
routing).
- Project Management: Solve field issues ("Warm Loop"), support product innovation, and manage obsolescence ("Cold Loop").
