En tant que Chef de Projet GTB, vous aurez la responsabilité de la gestion des projets GTB dans la région d'Aix en provence.
Vous serez rattaché à l'agence d'aix en provence avec des déplacements dans l'ensemble de la région (y compris Montpellier et Nimes) et en fonction de l'avancement des projets.
Un permis de conduire est requis, et un véhicule sera mis à votre disposition pour ces déplacements.
Vos principales missions :
* Assurer le succès des projets en garantissant la satisfaction des clients et en veillant à la rentabilité
* Contrôler et suivre le projet ainsi que son budget de manière efficace et pragmatique, tout en respectant les process et en gérant les risques
* Planifier le projet et veiller au bon déroulement du planning
* Coordonner les travaux avec les différentes entreprises impliquées (lots électriques, CVC etc) ainsi que l'entreprise générale
* Identifier et négocier avec des partenaires externes si nécessaire, en collaboration avec le service des achats, tout en assurant la supervision des approvisionnements.
* Réaliser le chiffrage des avenants sur son portefeuille projet, les défendre auprès client, les négocier et obtenir des commandes de travaux supplémentaires
* Gérer la programmation et la mise en service des projets, principalement de catégorie B et C, avec des budgets allant de 10K à 1M€
* Participer au développement de l'activité sur la région en appuyant le service commercial en clientèle ou phase avant-projet.
Vous êtes :
* Titulaire d'un Bac+5 en ingénierie d'affaires ou d'un diplôme équivalent avec une formation initiale technique
* Vous possédez de solides compétences en management de projet
* Vous avez une bonne connaissance des métiers du génie climatique (CVC) et de la régulation, ainsi qu'une maîtrise des systèmes de Gestion Technique de Bâtiment (GTB), y compris les protocoles de communication (Bacnet, Lon, KNX, etc.) et une compréhension approfondie de la réglementation en vigueur
* Vous maîtrisez également des outils tels qu'Excel, AutoCAD et Visio
* Anglais technique
