Main responsibilities:
* Define and update the parameters of supply and stock management including ramp-up to achieve the target service level while reducing stock / SIOP (Master Production Schedule)
* Ensure the quality and consistency of key data: Lead Time, Quantity, Stocking policy
* Manage the continuous needs/resources balance (MRP, Kanban...) for raw material, components and sub-assemblies
* Manage the replenishment backlog (creation and rescheduling of the manufacturing and purchase orders)

Vous travaillerez au sein d'une équipe RH en charge d'un projet global portant sur les compétences du groupe Schneider Electric (les compétences nécessaires à la croissance du groupe ainsi que les compétences possédées par les employés).
Ce projet a diverses ambitions, notamment :
* équiper les employés d'outils leur permettant de construire et développer leurs carrières ;
* avoir accès à des données en temps réel sur les compétences présentes au sein du groupe afin de développer les stratégies RH et la croissance du groupe.
Missions proposées :
* Préparer les séances de travail sur l'architecture de carrière en consolidant et en analysant les données sur les compétences
* Passer en revue les intitulés et descriptions de postes et fonctions existantes,
* Créer des présentations globales.
* Organiser et planifier les séances de travail, en veillant à une communication fluide et une collaboration efficace en interne.
* Réaliser des recherches et des comparaisons externes sur les compétences, les intitulés de postes et la structure des familles de postes pour améliorer l'alignement sur le marché de nos plans de carrière.
* Consolider les données des plans de carrière finalisés de chaque famille de postes pour suivre et mettre en place la nouvelle plateforme de compétences.
* Soutenir la mise en œuvre de la nouvelle plateforme de compétences, participer aux tests d'acceptation par les utilisateurs (UAT) pour évaluer l'expérience utilisateur, garantir l'exactitude des données et étalonner les compétences associées aux emplois pour améliorer les recommandations en matière d'IA.
* Aider dans les tâches de gestion de projet selon les besoins.
Profil :
Bac + 4/5 en Ressources Humaines
Anglais courant, minimum B2 voire C1.
* Vous aimez les données et vous avez de très bonnes connaissances en Gestion de données.
* Vous avez une très bonne maîtrise d'Excel
* Vous savez évoluer dans un contexte multiculturel et organisation complexes
* Vous avez un bon esprit de synthèse et êtes rigoureux(se).

Au sein de l'équipe Industrialisation, vous intégrez les équipes projets en charge de développer de nouveaux produits et les lignes de fabrication associées pour nos usines européennes.
Basé à Eybens, sur un magnifique site R&D de Schneider à proximité de Grenoble, vous êtes rattaché à Sophie, Manager industrialisation, et vous intégrez une équipe d'une quinzaine d'experts industrialisation dans différents domaines : assemblage, électronique et automatismes/info indus.
Votre rôle :
Vous définissez des solutions techniques (automatismes & IT) à mettre en œuvre sur les lignes d'assemblage et de test des produits.
Vous définissez les choix architecturaux & technologiques pour répondre aux besoins des projets dans un environnement ou les produits communicants et le data management deviennent au cœur des investissements de l'entreprise.
Vos missions :
* Echanger ponctuellement avec les concepteurs pour orienter le design des nouveaux produits sur les aspects de contrôlabilité des produits, de cybersécurité...en vous appuyant sur vos expériences en industrialisation ou support à la production.
* Définir et mettre en œuvre les systèmes d'information des lignes de production et intégrer les contraintes de cybersécurité : MES (manufacturing execution systems), traçabilité, protocoles de communication...Véritable architecte des " flux de données " vous définissez les solutions industrielles à mettre en œuvre sur l'ensemble de ces aspects et vous assurez la cohérence et compatibilité de la chaine des flux d'informations.
* Définir et mettre en œuvre les communications machine to machine / IoT, de la collecte des données jusqu'à leur exploitation dans le cloud.
* Participer à la rédaction des cahiers des charges et plans de qualification des moyens ou lignes de production investis, piloter leur réalisation chez nos fournisseurs, internes ou externes (validations techniques, suivi coøt-qualité-délais) et participer à la réception des moyens (dans les usines Schneider utilisatrices).
* Participer à la montée en cadence des moyens ou lignes de production en usine : formation, transfert des dossiers industriels, assistance au ramp up...
* Assurer la veille technologique sur les sujets en lien avec l'industrie 4.0.
Au sein des projets vous travaillerez avec une équipe projet pluridisciplinaire : Conception, Achat, Industrialisation, Marketing, Qualité sur des projets d'une durée de 1 à 3 ans.
