Votre rôle :
Au sein du Service Qualité, l'Antenne Technique a pour mission de piloter au sein de l'usine les évolutions de produits.
L'ingénieur expert produit, rattaché au Responsable de l'Antenne Technique assure l'expertise technique des produits fabriqués dans l'usine du Vaudreuil, contacts en argent et contacteurs.
Vos missions :
* Assurer la connaissance produit / Process au sein de l'usine et participer à la résolution technique de problèmes, ainsi qu'aux projets de robustesse menés sur le produit.
* Réaliser une veille technologique et développer des nouvelles solutions techniques en combinant différentes technologies (électrotechniques, mécaniques, électriques, ...) pour optimiser le coøt et/ou les fonctionnalités du produit.
* Créer et mettre à jour des spécifications techniques des produits (fichiers produits).
* Collaborer avec les équipes d'industrialisation dans la mise en place d'évolution de produits.
* Assurer la représentation de l'usine dans toutes les phases de projets concernant les produits dont vous avez la charge.
* Piloter les essais de surveillance des produits (définition et pilotage des programmes d'essais en optimisant les plannings et en menant des analyses des résultats).
* Réaliser des analyses et études multi technologique de faisabilité, d'évolution et d'expertise produit.
Vous êtes :
* Titulaire d'un titre d'Ingénieur avec spécialité matériaux.
* Vous avez une expérience solide dans le domaine de la qualité et/ou dans la gestion de projets industriels.
* Vous démontrez une expertise en matériaux : procédés de traitements (thermique, surface, ...) et caractéristiques des matières (polymères, cuivre, laiton, aciers, fer pur, ...).
* Des connaissances en éléctrotechnique seraient un plus, mais non indispensable.
* Vous avez des connaissances en métrologie et sur les tests d'endurance électrique, mécanique, résistance de contacts.
* Vous êtes reconnu pour votre créativité et votre réactivité qui vous permettent de développer une analyse technique des problèmes.
