What You Will Do
* Contribute to the successful execution of Engineering R&D projects for the Optical Connectivity team
* Initiate and lead project status meetings, capture and distribute assigned action-items
* Contribute to and lead continuous improvement efforts to manage and organize project-related documents
* Collaborate with Molex corporate Program/Project Management colleagues
* Build & track project schedules/deliverables on concurrent R&D activities
* Adapt to and manage change, assess priorities and establish work-around plans
