What You Will Do
• Responsible for leading a team of technical experts across diverse product and business lines
• Responsible for supervising and developing employees to maximize their contributions by applying Principle Based Management (PBM).
• Responsible for building and maintain strong relationships with Subject Matter Experts (SME's), industry contacts and stakeholders
• Collaborate and support providing technical guidance to end users/licensors aligned with the business and operational needs.
• Define technical strategy and roadmaps for the organization partnering the product line and commercial leaders for fired equipment (process burners, flares, thermal oxidizers).
• Develop, advance, and implement technology strategies that align with the company objectives and customer needs, ensuring both technical excellence and commercial viability.

* Assist with frontline safety operations by dividing into safe work practices like work permitting, energy control, hot work, and confined space entry
* Proactive problem-solving by spotting and fixing issues in the field or being a part of project planning

* Supporting day-to-day safety initiatives at your host site and traveling to other locations to support larger projects, turnarounds, key initiatives, and audits

* Understand safe work practices and lead safety by example

* Work closely with GP's Collaboration and Support Center (CSC) to build predictive modeling for papermaking operations
