Als polyvalent technisch operator in de plastic afdeling leer je verschillende machines in te stellen en te bedienen.
De processen die hierbij gebruikt worden zijn onder andere extrusie, spiegel lassen en blow moulding.
Je werkt de vaten af tot op het einde van de lijn en laadt ze in de trailers, al dan niet gepalletiseerd.

Vous aurez pour missions principales d’assurer le bon fonctionnement des extrudeuses, d’ajuster les réglages de l’ensemble des produits et d’analyser les problèmes afin d’optimiser la production.
Pour ce faire, vous :
• Montez l’outillage sur les lignes d’extrusion,
• Assurez le raccordement de l’extrudeuse aux silos contenant la matière des machines,
• Programmez les températures ainsi que la température de l’extrudeuse suivant les consignes de la fiche de fabrication,
• Assurez le démarrage des lignes d’extrusion,
• Ajustez les réglages en fonction des conditions d’extrusion afin de réaliser un produit conforme,
• Surveillez les campagnes de production et autocontrôler les pièces produites,
• Validez l’autocontrôle et le marquage des produits,
• Conditionnez les produits extrudés.
• Effectuez le garnissage (alimenter les extrudeuses en matière)
• Renseignez les supports de suivi de fabrication ou de conditionnement / fiches de contrôle et de déclaration de production,
• Assurez la maintenance de premier niveau,

Het takenpakket van een operator staal
Als polyvalent technisch operator in de staalafdeling leer je verschillende machines instellen en bedienen.
Het productieproces omvat onder andere persen, lasmachine, bodyline, felsmachine, bodem -en deksellijn, enz…
Elke dag werkt het team samen om de productievolumes te behalen en productiestilstanden te minimaliseren.
Omstellingen van de productielijn gebeuren snel en efficiënt.
Dit is een gedeelde verantwoordelijkheid binnen het team, waaraan jij actief bijdraagt.
Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en correctheid van de afgeleverde producten en volgt de geldende normen en eisen nauwgezet op.
Indien nodig vul je de vereiste kwaliteitsdocumenten in.
Daarnaast voer je preventief onderhoud uit en sta je in voor eerstelijnsinterventies op je werkpost.
Eventuele problemen rapporteer je aan het onderhoudsteam.
Ook orde en netheid op de werkvloer zijn belangrijk: je zorgt ervoor dat je werkplek georganiseerd en veilig blijft, zodat je jouw taken optimaal kunt uitvoeren.
