As an AQP Engineer, you will partner closely with cross-functional Product Development teams-including Product Design, Manufacturing Integration, Process Engineering, Supplier Quality, and Operations-to drive flawless product launches.
You will lead Advanced Quality Planning activities that proactively identify and mitigate risk while ensuring products meet customer expectations for Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
This role combines technical problem-solving, project leadership, and quality engineering expertise to support successful new product introductions and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced global manufacturing environment.

Work Arrangement:
This is an on-site role requiring five days per week in the office.
This role involves working with global teams and suppliers in Asia, so you'll occasionally join early morning or evening meetings - about two to three times each week.
We value your time and allow flexible schedule to balance these commitments.
Quarterly travel to Asia is part of the job, with trips typically lasting up to two weeks.

* Lead Advanced Quality Planning Activities

Facilitate DFMEA/PFMEA activities, process flow reviews, root cause investigations, Failure Analysis (FA), 8D problem solving, and corrective/preventive actions to improve product and process reliability.
* Partner with Suppliers & Customers
Review supplier quality documentation, support component qualification activities, ensure completion of customer-required quality documentation, and assist with shipping judgments and product disposition decisions.
