We are looking for a Manufacturing Technician II who is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and motivated to support quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement on the production floor.
The pay range for this role is $22.12 - $25.69 per hour.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and other candidate qualifications.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Fully cross-trained and proficient in three (3) or more manufacturing operations with full understanding and capability to meet the quality standards and inspection requirements in each area.
* Work under general supervision to set up, calibrate, and operate assigned machines and equipment to make or modify products and parts according to documented procedures.
* Follow verbal and/or written instructions, including diagrams and/or models, batch records, operating and safety procedures; read and accurately interpret technical specifications including BOMs, prints, Gerbers, schematics, test specifications, and other information.
* Develop and maintain knowledge of components, subassemblies, finished goods requirements, test fixturing, hardware, and software.
* Perform regular maintenance on work area equipment according to documented procedures.
* Monitor and inspect machining operations and output using precision measuring tools and test failure data to ensure accuracy and conformance to specifications; work with Engineering and Manufacturing team members to resolve issues.
