Koch Ag & Energy Solutions (KAES) is seeking a CAD Drafting Technician to join the KAES drafting team.
This role will support chemical process facilities with sustaining drafting, drawing management and document control activities along with supporting small to large Capital Projects, Construction and Turnarounds.

Our role extends across all Koch Ag & Energy operating facilities throughout the United States and Canada, where we manufacture fertilizers, ammonia-related products, and methanol.
The centralized Drafting team is integral to our operations, providing critical support to engineering, project, construction, and operations teams.
This role can be based at our headquarters in Wichita, KS or one of our production facilities in Beatrice, NE or Fort Dodge, IA.
Travel possibilities range from 5% to 10% to industrial construction and operating environments.
Travel is flexible depending on schedule and needs in the business.
What You Will Do
* Support operating facilities with their daily drafting, drawing management, and documentation needs to ensure accuracy.
* Facilitate the communication and implementation of drawing management processes throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring consistency and compliance with company standards.
* Develop, transform and execute drafting and CAD work processes.
* Collaborate with third-party engineering, turnaround, and construction partners to support project teams.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the company to support drafting and document control processes.
* Proactively address stakeholder needs and contribute to collaborative problem-solving.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Experience working within a support organization providing customer support.
* 2+ years of experience with AutoCAD & drawing management work processes.
* Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
What Will Put You Ahead
* 3 years of experience with AutoCAD & drawing management work processes.
* Experience with Engineering applications such as Autodesk Vault, BIM360, and Smart Plant.
* Experience with drafting concepts of process piping, electrical or instrumentation drawings.
* Experience working with an Electronic Document Management System.

A Alcoa está em busca de Técnica(o) de Manutenção Mecânica Especializado para fornecer suporte técnico nas atividades de manutenção preventiva mecânica, melhorando a efetividade dos planos e procedimentos de manutenção, com o objetivo de assegurar que as metas de disponibilidade operacional dos equipamentos sejam atingidas, atendendo aos requisitos de Segurança, Meio Ambiente, Qualidade e Produção na planta de Alumar em São Luis – MA.
Outras responsabilidades importantes incluem:
* Oferecer suporte e realizar treinamentos periódicos para os mecânicos em alinhamentos a laser, lubrificação, ajustes mecânicos, troca de subconjuntos, balanceamento, testes e ensaios;
* Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos procedimentos e práticas de manutenção em redutores, bombas centrífugas, mancais, equipamentos hidráulicos, pneumáticos, válvulas de processo e outros equipamentos industriais;
* Apoiar o supervisor de manutenção mecânica com forte capacidade técnica, oferecendo orientação e executando manutenções quando necessário;
* Auxiliar no planejamento das atividades de manutenção.
O que você pode oferecer para a função:
* Formação: Técnico em Mecânica ou Eletromecânica, com registro ativo no CFT (Conselho Federal dos Técnicos Industriais);
* Experiência: Sólida vivência em manutenção mecânica industrial, com conhecimento em redutores, bombas centrífugas, mancais, equipamentos hidráulicos, pneumáticos e válvulas de processo;
* Conhecimento em operação de aparelhos de oxicorte, plasma e máquinas de solda, além de habilidade no uso de ferramentas manuais como lixadeira, furadeira e retífica;
* Capacidade para inspeção de ferramentas e acessórios, cumprindo requisitos de segurança e normas;
* Conhecimento em metrologia, incluindo leitura de paquímetro, micrômetro, súbitos, escalas e relógio comparador;
* Leitura e interpretação de desenhos técnicos, além de familiaridade com máquinas operatrizes;
* Experiência em manutenção preventiva e corretiva de equipamentos industriais;
* Desejável: Habilidade para trabalho em equipe, gestão de grandes demandas de manutenção raciocínio analítico para identificar problemas e analisar falhas nos KPIs da manutenção.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
Entry level position focuses on the development of Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA) in a supervised environment with the intent of developing performance and effective, efficient independent functioning under close supervision upon completion of various training processes over time.

Repair and Maintenance:
* Performs timely routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities to dialysis equipment and water treatment systems and as required and recommended by the manufacturer and established company policy and procedures, including maintaining aesthetics of the equipment and water room.
* Coordinates and completes scheduled and unscheduled routine repair and maintenance of physical plant by company approved vendors.
* Participates in preventive maintenance of all ancillary devices assuring it follows manufacturer’s recommendations and in compliance with company policies and procedures, industry standards and local, state and federal regulatory requirements.
* Purchases and maintains an inventory of service parts using approved sources and ensures RGA and warranty parts are returned in a timely manner.
* Performs water/dialysate sample collection and processing and reviews and participates in evaluation and reporting of quality results per applicable policies and procedures.
* Documents all daily, weekly, monthly repair and maintenance activity/repairs per applicable policies and/or procedures.
* Updates project tracking or other company tracking/documentation systems as assigned.
Regulatory Compliance:
* Participates in monthly Technical CQI/QAI process, assisting with the analysis, assembly and assimilation of information and data and contributing in technical discussion, including reporting outcomes and creating and implementing improvement plans approved by supervisor.
