The Assistant Director of Nursing Services assumes delegated responsibility and accountability for the provision of resident care according to professional standards of nursing practice. This RN Advisor role will be a joint position working between the Advisor’s current clinical department and reporting half-time to the Director of Nursing supporting the Nurse Education Pipeline program run out of the Education and Training Department.
The position will include 2 days a week of program support time and 3 days a week of clinical department hours in the Advisor’s current department.
The RN Advisor will help guide, mentor and advise employees participating in ETI’s Nurse Education Pipeline program as they identify and apply to nursing programs at colleges or universities of their choice.
They will also help tutor and support the overall educational development of participants.
