MISSIONS PRINCIPALES
Vous assistez l’équipe Événementielle dans l’organisation administrative et commerciale du service et serez formé(e) aux missions et tâches suivantes :
* Gestion et organisation des événements internes
* Aide administrative relative aux événements : Menus, plan de table, place cards etc.
* Communication entre les différents départements pour les changements de feuille de fonction
* Gestion des réservations de groupes dans les restaurants
* Assistance opérationnelle sur les évènements (accueil des invités etc..)
* Rapports quotidiens, hebdomadaires et mensuels
* Préparation des feuilles de fonction et de la facturation
* Mise à jour des menus et autres produits sur les logiciels events
