* Lead and supervise union paving crews involved in asphalt paving, milling, grading, and related roadway construction activities.
* Plan, organize, and coordinate daily work assignments to meet production and quality goals.
* Direct crew members in the safe and efficient operation of paving equipment, rollers, skid steers, and other construction machinery.
* Ensure work is performed in compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, company policies, and collective bargaining agreements.

The Construction Concrete Laborer performs essential hands-on tasks to support high-volume concrete paving operations on roads, and highways.
Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)
* Adhere to and follow all safety rules and regulations of MSHA/OSHA/DOT and Pennsy Supply, Inc.
* Conduct daily safety assignments (area inspections, pre-shifts, JSA's, TRACK, etc.).
* Signal concrete deliverer to position truck to facilitate pouring concrete.
* Move discharge chute of truck to direct concrete into forms.
