Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise commercial roofing crews on TPO roofing projects.Coordinate daily jobsite activities to ensure work is completed on schedule.Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans.Install, repair, and maintain TPO roofing systems according to manufacturer specifications.Conduct quality control inspections throughout the project lifecycle.Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations.Manage materials, equipment, and labor resources efficiently.Train and mentor crew members to improve skills and productivity.Communicate effectively with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and customers.Complete daily reports, safety documentation, and production tracking.
Qualifications Required Minimum 3 years of experience as a Roofing Foreman or Crew Leader.Extensive hands-on experience with TPO roofing systems.Strong knowledge of commercial roofing installation techniques and best practices.Ability to lead crews and maintain high productivity standards.Ability to read plans and specifications.Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in Arizona weather conditions.Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
Preferred OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification.Experience with additional commercial roofing systems.Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
