PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

* Weld steel-finned material to both ends of the tube.
* Set up and operate pedric bender for standard and finned coils.
Produce all circuits to the specified length.
* Remove and reset dyes.
* Repair override on fins or broken fins.
* Set up the bending machine for the correct size circuits, which may be steel, copper, stainless steel or finned.

• Perform routine inspections, visual walk arounds, and maintenance of HMA plant to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Willing to learn and train for additional job duties such as operating HMA Plants, with possible full time operating opportunities per union bargaining agreement.
• Mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions including hot, cold, wet, and outdoor settings, with exposure to high heat at the HMA plant.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and a willingness to lean.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and in a physically demanding environment.
