POSITION SUMMARY: Provide exemplary service of food and beverages to older adult residents and guests in a senior dining setting.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS:
Comply with all applicable rules, policies, standards and guidelines related to employment with Westminster Communities.

Perform table service and excellent customer relations based on established serving standards and guidelines.

Perform table service in a friendly, caring, professional and timely manner.
3.
Serve the resident’s meal according to meal ticket.
4.
Assist resident with all dining needs while performing table service.

Perform light cleaning and stocking duties as assigned by the supervisor.
6.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Aperçu du rôle :
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Chef de section Projets Opex, Gestions de contrats et Intégrité des actifs passionné(e) et motivé(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe performante chez Alcoa.
Vous serez responsable de la gestion du portfolio des projets Opex de l’usine, de l’équipe de gestion de contrats, de l’équipe support technique et du programme de l’intégrité des actifs.
Sous la supervision du directeur maintenance, vous collaborerez avec différentes firmes d’ingénierie et exercerez un leadership mobilisateur pour atteindre les objectifs fixés, tout en promouvant la santé et la sécurité.
Vous devrez démontrer d'excellentes habiletés en communication, être orienté(e) sur le besoin d’affaire de l’entreprise et sur la relation client, et collaborer efficacement avec des fournisseurs de services d’ingénierie.
Les responsabilités clés comprennent :
Développer le plan de projets à court et long terme en lien avec la condition des équipements et prioriser ceux-ci.
Élaborer les besoins budgétaires et collaborer aux exercices budgétaires du département de la maintenance.
Assigner les travaux, déléguer les projets et définir les stratégies d’exécution afin de réaliser le plan de projets Opex.
Revoir le processus de projets, des indicateurs et des règles du portfolio de projet.
S’assurer que les tâches relatives à toutes les phases de projets, du développement de l’idée à l’exécution, sont menées à bien incluant la participation des parties prenantes nécessaires.
Maximiser la valeur des fournisseurs en définissant clairement les livrables requis pour les différents travaux par les devis d’ingénierie.
Ce que vous apportez au rôle :
Nous recherchons un(e) candidat(e) avec les compétences et expériences suivantes, qui vous permettront de réussir dans ce rôle :
* Baccalauréat en ingénierie mécanique;
* Un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans un environnement industriel;
* Un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets.(Connaissance approfondie des processus de gestion de projet.).
Critères spécifiques :
* Doit être en mesure de gérer une équipe Multidisciplinaires;
* Membre de l’Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec;
* Connaissance de l'anglais pour assurer une collaboration avec le corporatif basé aux États-Unis;
* Expérience en gestion de personnel;
* Expérience dans une aluminerie ou industrie lourde est un atout.
