POSITION SUMMARY: Provide exemplary service of food and beverages to older adult residents and guests in a senior dining setting.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS:
Comply with all applicable rules, policies, standards and guidelines related to employment with Westminster Communities.

Perform table service and excellent customer relations based on established serving standards and guidelines.

Perform table service in a friendly, caring, professional and timely manner.

Vous intervenez, au sein de l’atelier pilote du groupe, sur le développement des procédés des nouveaux produits formes sèches.
En charge dans sa globalité, du développement des procédés des nouveaux produits avec le support de la R&D, vous réalisez :
* la coordination des activités de mise au point et d’optimisation des procédés en interface avec les équipes analytiques, fabrication, HSE et AQ
* l’organisation et le suivi des phases opérationnelles avec les techniciens du service
* l’apport d’expertise scientifique et technique sur les résultats obtenus dans le cadre des plans d’expérience
* le suivi des lots cliniques et réglementaires avec la vérification de la robustesse du procédé et la confirmation des paramètres opératoires critiques
* la rédaction de la documentation : change control, instructions de fabrication, protocoles et rapports d’essais et participation à la rédaction du dossier d’enregistrement
Vous intervenez également sur des projets d’amélioration continue, de remédiation de procédés et d’intégration de nouveaux équipements et nouvelles sources de matières premières.
Profil :
* de formation BAC+ 5 (Master 2) en Développement ou Ingénierie Pharmaceutique
* vous jouissez d’une expérience de 2 ans dans l’industrie pharmaceutique en développement ou industrialisation de formes sèches
* vous avez une première expérience de gestion de projet concluante
* vous avez idéalement piloté ou participé à des projets de développement galénique et/ou analytique
