Un petit aperçu de ton quotidien.
Chaque jour est différent, mais tu seras surtout :
* Améliorer et maintenir la qualité du service dans au bar et veiller à la satisfaction des clients.
* Diriger l'équipe du bar et participer au service.
* Assister ses supérieurs dans la création de nouveaux concepts.
* Connaître tous les cocktails, spiritueux, liqueurs et boissons diverses proposées dans les bars, ainsi que leur composition, leur dosage et leur prix, et partager ces connaissances avec son équipe.
* Gérer et mettre à jour la carte des cocktails de manière innovante.
* Gérer les stocks de boissons : commandes, stockage, etc.
* Veiller au maintien des niveaux de vente et mettre en œuvre des actions pour les augmenter.
* Établir, contrôler et maintenir les procédures opérationnelles standard (SOP).
Ce dont nous avons besoin de votre part
Avec un diplôme en hôtellerie, vous avez minimum 1-2 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire au sein d’un établissement hôtelier de même catégorie (4 ou 5 étoiles) et/ou d’une brasserie de luxe.
Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et l’anglais.
La maîtrise d’une autre langue étrangère d’un de nos marchés cibles (Allemagne, Chine, Inde, Italie, Moyen-Orient, Pays-Bas, Russie) est fortement souhaitée.
La connaissance de Micros/Simphony est un plus.
Grâce à votre forte orientation vers les relations humaines et votre esprit d’équipe, vous êtes reconnu pour la qualité et la personnalisation de votre service.
Vous aimez travailler dans un environnement dynamique et êtes autonome, bien organisé et flexible.
