* Accompany the provider into the patient exam room and transcribe the history, physical exam, laboratory, and radiological results as dictated by the provider.
This may include selecting the appropriate template from the computer system (EDIS).
In certain departments they can assist with documenting H&Ps, Progress Notes, and Discharge Summaries.
* Facilitate the acquisition of diagnostic test results from ancillary departments.
Compile results for the provider's review and action.
Record test results on the medical record as directed by the provider.
* Record, in real time, the actions (physical exam and procedures) and words of the provider.
Obtain the provider's signature on every chart.
* Record the discussions that occur between the provider and medical consultants or patients' family members.
* Continually check the status of pending studies to decrease patient wait time and increase the efficiency of the Department.
Notify provider when studies are back.
* Record discharge and after-care instructions on the medical record as directed by the provider.
Ensure complete and legible documentation of the patient encounter and notify provider if more information is needed for documentation.
This may include reviewing triage and nursing documentation for completeness.
* Review the primary diagnoses and work with the provider to ensure that all documentation is accurate and is clinically supported in the charting.

* Organize and manage multiple 3-5 person crews, be responsible for crew safety, ensure safety and DOT requirements are met and complete daily paperwork.
* Read and understand, measure, mark, and record areas where work are to be performed and have been completed
* Assist crew/company in all areas of storm water regulatory compliance management to the best of your abilities
* Help coordinate the performance of crews
* Operate and maintain various sizes of farm and construction equipment (skid steers & tractors with attachments, power tools, hand tools)
Primary Requirements:
* Minimum five years’ experience working in construction, or the utility distribution industry preferred.
