For this U.S.
based position, the expected compensation range is $117,600 - $176,400 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.
Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.
Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior Commercial Offer Manager - Drive Solutions, responsible for the Altivar Process and Altivar Machine product families within the Low Voltage Drives Portfolio in the United States.
As part of the Offer Management team within the Industrial Automation business, this role will lead Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and commercial execution to accelerate growth.
You will drive business development, support successful product launches, gather market insights, and promote the portfolio to strengthen Schneider Electric's position in the U.S.
market.
You will work closely with sales teams, channel partners, and customers to increase visibility, drive adoption, and deliver strong business results.
Key Responsibilities:
Offer Strategy & Execution
• Define and execute the offer strategy for assigned product families
• Partner with Sales and Channel teams to develop and deploy GTM strategies
• Establish and optimize pricing strategies to maximize competitiveness and value capture
• Lead commercial initiatives to drive revenue growth and market share
• Manage new product launches, track performance, and ensure achievement of business targets
• Support business development efforts to expand into new customers and segments
• Deliver impactful product presentations to internal teams, partners, and customers
• Build commercial capabilities through training programs and workshops
