What You'll Bring

Required:


* Bachelor’s degree in geology, hydrogeology, environmental science, or engineering.


* 0+ years of relevant experience. 


* Ability to conduct field work assignments. 


* Commitment to safety and adherence to Health & Safety protocols.


* Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.


* Ability to work independently, maintain flexibility and collaboratively in dynamic environments.


* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform fieldwork.


* Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area.

Preferred:


* 2+ years of experience of relevant experience.


* Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.


* 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification.

Key Responsibilities


* Conduct fieldwork: sampling, drilling, well installation, remedial pilot tests, construction oversight, and system operation/maintenance.


* Perform groundwater sampling and monitoring.


* Compile and analyze environmental data (soil, groundwater, air, sediment) and create clear, insightful figures.


* Support remediation system design and installation.


* Assist in preparing regulatory reports and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.


* Assist with Phase I and II environmental site assessments for property transactions.


* Maintain quality, budget, and schedule expectations.


* Communicate effectively with subcontractors, regulatory agencies, clients, and stakeholders during field activities.
