What you will do

The Associate Brand Manager, Media & Communication is the owner of the brands' national paid communications and public relation activations.

Through this strategic and critical work, the ABM of Media & Communications will support the Senior Brand Manager of Activations in the management, planning, and execution of short and long-term business and marketing initiatives.

The ABM of Media & Communications will work side-by-side with other peers as well as lead two agency partner teams to drive marketing activities and help fuel growth for the overall business.

Specific responsibilities include leading national communications strategy, public relations activities, and transcreating creative from the Global team, as well as assisting in development of business plans and execute against the business plan through various programs, all while partnering cross-functionally with sales, finance, operations, R&D, market research, agency partners and other functions necessary to accomplish strategic goals.

This role provides talent with the opportunity to expand leadership, brand management, consumer insight, analytical, and forecasting skills while shaping and leading key projects.

Core responsibilities include:


* Lead and partner with the Public Relations and Media agencies to develop communication plans and advertising to achieve business results



* Partner with Media team to monitor advertising performance to optimize return on investment



* Partner with Global team to ensure U.S.

market needs are represented in the development of assets



* Ensure connectivity among channel leads (CP, Trade, PR, Organic Social, Media, etc) to create a seamless executional plan



* Provide streamlined direction on key communications when needed by cross functional partners
