Description & Requirements
Maximus is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our OC CalWORKs project team!
As a Case Manager, you'll work directly with clients to provide guidance, connect them to resources, and support their journey toward self-sufficiency.
You'll collaborate with community partners, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with program requirements - all while making a meaningful impact every day.
Key Details:
Schedule: Full-time, onsite | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PT
Location: Primarily Anaheim, but you may be asked to report to Santa Ana or Laguna Hills based on business needs
Training:
- 4 weeks onsite at our Anaheim office
- You may also be asked to visit an alternate office (Santa Ana or Laguna Hills) at least once per week during training for shadowing

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and nurture professional relationships with customers, continuously monitoring their engagement and progress within the program.
- Regularly collaborate with customers to set and accomplish program goals, ensuring ongoing eligibility and program service maintenance.
- Demonstrate extensive program knowledge, guiding customers through various stages of the application process, from enrollment to benefit and service allocation.
- Assist customers in accessing essential services aligned with program objectives, including educational or vocational training, medical care, childcare, transportation, mental health resources, legal assistance, and other pertinent needs.
