We’re seeking a dedicated professional to play a critical role in managing and optimizing our Site Metal Flow Drumbeat.

Core Activities:


* Provide the business context to your area of accountability in a meaningful way, which enables all employees to draw the linkage between their role accountabilities and the delivery of the Site Metal Flow Drumbeat safely to plan.


* Effective management of the Site Metal Flow protocol.


* Continuous Monitoring of Crucible location and status of Work Cycle.


* Has the authority to call a stop to Tapping, keeping the Reduction and Ingot Mill Supervisors informed of why, and how long for.


* Continuous monitoring of Crucible condition IE: Functionality, Cleanliness (Weight / Quantity of Bath), liaise with Cruce Cleaning team for Augering and repairs as necessary.


* Measure & report on agreed KPI’s / Site Metal Flow Drumbeat metrics.


* Capture all issues and concerns which have an impact on Site Metal Flow Drumbeat, and document for review at each daily meeting.


* Provide input into Site Metal Flow logistics strategies, budgets, and plans as well as the improvement of workflow processes
