Position Overview - Tasks & Responsibilities:

 

We are looking for a highly motivated Intern – Project Specialist, Strategic Initiatives to join our Strategy & Operational Excellence team.

In this role, you will support high-impact strategic programs that shape the future of our pharmaceutical manufacturing site.

You will work directly with senior leaders on initiatives that drive performance, innovation, and transformation across operations.

 

Your tasks will be:


* Support the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic site-wide initiatives in areas such as Operational Excellence, Compliance, Workforce Strategy, and Digitalization.

* Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and communication materials for leadership meetings (SLT, SteerCo, Project Teams).


* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders from Operations, Quality, HR, Finance, and more

Qualifications - Education and Experience:

 

Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences, Economics, or a related field.

 



* Strong interest in project management, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives.


* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.


* Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in English (German is a plus).
