* J&J IM Sales forceのケイパビリティ向上のための戦略作成をリードし、Workforce excellence 部のビジネスプラン作成に貢献する


* 能力開発を担うチームメンバーの業務を管理し、人材育成をリードする


* BUやAPAC、CE内等のステークホルダーと共に、必要な能力開発プログラムを設計・合意し、実行する


* CEのリーダーシップチームの一員としてCEの組織能力強化、効果的・効率的な働き方ができる環境整備、人材育成等のイニシアチブへ貢献する

* 戦略立案能力：ビジネス上の課題を踏まえつつ、営業部隊の能力向上のためのアクショナブルな計画を立案できる


* ステークホルダーコミュニケーション：APACの同僚とネゴシエーションできるレベルの英会話力および英語資料作成力


* プロジェクトマネジメント：BUやAPAC などクロスファンクションでのプロジェクトを円滑に推進できる


* データ分析：現状課題やプログラムの効果、ベンチーマークとのギャップなどを定量的に測定し、状況説明ができる
