Position Overview - Tasks & Responsibilities:

 

Under the leadership of the Process Improvement Supervisor for Optical Inspection, the Process Engineer Intern is responsible for working closely with several functions on site.

This exciting role establishes and standardizes processes to increase performance and quality.

For goal achievement, data-driven decision-making and strong alignment among different teams are key.

 

Key Responsibilities: 


* Implement digital or process based solutions that standardize and simplify daily business in the Optical Inspection department 



* Analyze complex datasets to gain insight and propose improvement opportunities 



* Support the Process Engineers on projects related to process improvement, digitalization, new product introduction and other Optical Inspection related topics 

 

 

Qualifications - Education and Experience:

 



* A completed bachelor's or ongoing master's degree in Nature Sciences, Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain or Industrial Automation (Technical, Data Analytics, or Statistical degrees).

 

 

Qualifications - Skills:



* A high level of enthusiasm and a keen interest in the pharmaceutical industry


* Very good German and English skills, other languages are a plus


* Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and/or other data management tools 


* Lean / Six Sigma / Process Excellence methodology interest 


* Experience building and interpreting dashboard analytics  


* Familiarity with PowerBI and/or Tableau
