Job Responsibilities:


* Develop and implement comprehensive test approaches, plans, and scripts for business-critical projects


* Execute business scenarios in UAT environments, ensuring alignment with requirements


* Collaborate with technology, business partners, project managers, and external vendors to clarify requirements and share testing status


* Maintain and update testing artifacts, ensuring documentation accuracy and completeness


* Reconcile test results across different tests and stakeholder groups


* Identify and incorporate process enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness


* Partner with UAT Manager/Lead to ensure testing readiness and milestone completion


* Facilitate quality testing practices across various products and initiatives


* Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing consistent updates on automation testing status


* Assess, create, and build automation tools to drive efficiency and cost reduction
