Main Responsibilities :


* Be a Change Maker: Analyze business processes and align technology to drive efficiency and scalability.


* Build Smart Solutions: Design, develop, and maintain automation using Power Automate, Power Apps, VBA, Office Scripts, Tableau, and emerging tools-while staying ahead of tech trends.


* Turn Data into Insights: Extract, transform, and visualize data to deliver actionable insights through interactive dashboards and reports.


* Lead Digital Projects: Manage small to medium-scale projects from concept to deployment, ensuring seamless adoption and measurable impact.


* Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with cross-functional teams and global digital experts to ensure quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.


* Enable the Business: Create clear documentation and training materials to empower users and maximize the value of digital tools.

What You Bring


* Strong foundation in system analysis and programming principles.


* Hands-on experience with SQL and Tableau for data management and visualization.


* Familiarity with Office 365 tools and the ability to test and validate software independently.


* Excellent communication skills in English and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have


* Skills in Python, VBA, JavaScript/TypeScript.


* Knowledge of ETL concepts, SSIS, Agile methodologies, and project management principles.


* Experience with ERD, process flows, or sequence diagrams.
