We are searching for the best talent for Product Manager – EndoMech, Surgery to be in Seoul.

Purpose: We are actively searching for an experienced, well-organized, and self-motivated marketer to play a crucial role in realizing our mission for the continuous improvement of surgical outcomes.

In collaboration with the sales team, this individual will leverage field insights to expand our market share within EndoMech portfolios.

Additionally, they will collaborate with other country/cluster marketers to share insights and act as a strategic partner with colleagues in various functions, such as Finance, Supply Planning, Regulatory, and HEMA.

As a strategic partner throughout the product lifecycle, this person will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive plan to effectively manage our products.

Success in this role requires active engagement with healthcare practitioners, including surgeons and nurses, as well as non-clinical stakeholders.

The responsibilities include managing and coordinating critical processes related to business planning, marketing plans, portfolio management and development, market research, new product launches, business performance tracking, and more.

This individual will ensure the tactical execution of the marketing strategy, including successful event planning and management to showcase products, cultivate relationships, and raise awareness.
