* Provide compassionate nursing care to residents during PM/NOC shifts.


* Monitor patient health, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.


* Ensure compliance with care plans and regulatory standards.


* Support residents and families with empathy and professionalism.

? What We're Looking For


* Active RN license in California.


* Experience in skilled nursing or acute care preferred.


* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
