Onsemble Product Lead
Are you a Product Manager who thrives on building zero-to-one products? Do you enjoy working autonomously in a hands-on environment? Are you comfortable with ambiguity and eager to make a real difference? If so, then we'd like you to join our dedicated team as Onsemble Product Lead .
About the Role:
You will:
* Build zero-to-one products in complex, real world domains.
* Work closely with company leaders, engineering, and sales, to define, prioritize, and ship AI-powered features for SMB contractors in the plumbing and HVAC industries.
* Own the product development lifecycle from end-to-end, developing a deep understanding of user needs in the field and translating them into actionable specifications for the engineering team.
* Lead product development for contractor-facing web applications built on React/Next.js and Node.
* Translate messy, real-world workflows into intuitive, high-leverage product experiences.
* Work directly with contractors, supply chain staff, and internal teams to uncover insights.

* Drive roadmap planning, sprint execution, and cross-functional alignment.
* Partner with design to prototype and validate new AI-powered experiences.
* Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market strategy and feedback loops.
* Bring structure, clarity, and empathy to fast-moving execution in a small team.
* Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned.
* Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as requested.
About You:

* 4 or more years of experience in product management, preferably at a startup or tech company.
* Proven experience building products from zero-to-one, ideally in a B2B, SaaS or Marketplace Software.

* Be familiar with Figma, Supabase, and Notion-based documentation (also a plus).
* Have a background in AI tooling, data workflows, or automation products.
* Be an excellent communicator and collaborator and comfortable working with engineers and non-technical users alike.
* Be excited about traditional industries (plumbing, HVAC, distribution) and building tech for the real world.
* Have a bias for action, clarity, and accountability in ambiguous environments.
* Possess strong organizational and time managem...
